Bbq Corn on the Cob

Bbq corn on the cob is incredibly delicious...

And grilling corn on the cob directly over the fire, husks removed, imparts a rich, smoky flavor to this easy grilled vegetable recipe.

Even if you’re more of a fan of grilling corn with the husks on we think you’ll enjoy this tasty grilled corn recipe, too.

Tip: Parmesan butter can be made ahead and kept in refrigerator for 5 days.

For grilling corn on the cob you will need:

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and freshly ground pepper

4 ears of corn

Vegetable oil, for the grill

Using kitchen string, tie the husks together at the end of each ear to form a handle.

Lightly brush the grate with oil.

Grill corn over a medium-hot fire, turning, until partially cooked, about 5 minutes.

Brush the corn with the Parmesan butter and continue grilling, turning frequently and brushing with more butter, until deeply browned and tender, about 5 minutes longer.

Serve barbecued corn at once with the remaining Parmesan butter.

This barbecue corn recipe serves 4.
